ABOUT ESI REGISTRATION

ESI is an Indian government scheme for Indian workers for their health and social security. It is a self-financing scheme. Ministry of labour and Employment manages all its functions in India. It comes under ESI Act,1948. It is regulated by all the guidelines given in the act. This act describes the employees’ criteria and handles the cash and medical benefits for employees and their families. The 1948 act is against the impact of sickness, maternity, death and disablement due to employment. There is 20 employee’s coverage those salaries are between 15,000 to 21,000.

  • Copy of first sale or purchase bill
  • The employee’s strength of company from the date of setup

ELIGIBILITY

  • Organizations whose employ more than 20 individuals, that company required registration for PF / ESI which do not have the minimum strength those small companies can do registration voluntarily.
  • 20 members strength' organization must register themselves within the one month.
