ABOUT PF REGISTRATION

The Indian government set up a scheme for the Indian employees that a certain amount will be deduct from their salaries and deposited in their PF accounts. It provides them financial stability and security in future. Employees are need to contribute a part of their salaries every month.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Aadhar card of proprietor/partner/Director
  • Pan card of proprietor/partner/Director
  • Digital Signature of proprietor/partner
  • Scanned copy of company' bank account
  • Address proof, email address, Mobile number of proprietor/Director/partners of the company
  • List of employees of which all basic details are mandatory
  • Name of the company
  • Address proof of Proprietor / Director / Partner of the company.
  • Date of the setup of the organization
  • Scanned copy of the company’s PAN (Proprietor’s, in case of proprietorship concern)
  • Scanned copy of the licenses available in the name of the company. (Like GST)
  • Scanned copy of cheque of company’s bank account
  • Address of the company with address proof
  • List of Directors / Partners
  • Address proof of Proprietor / Director / Partner of the company
  • Email address, Mobile number of Proprietor / Director / Partner of the company
  • Copy of First sale bill / Job work bill and First purchase bill
  • The monthly strength of employees from the date of setup

ELIGIBILITY

  • Any salaried employee who is resident of India. The employee is liable for the first day of his/her job.
  • The employees having 15,000 salary or more is liable for it
  • Any company/organization which has more than 20 employees minimum.
