PUBLIC REGISTRATION

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 directors and maximum 15 (One resident Indian director is mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 shareholders and maximum 200
  • No minimum share capital is required
  • DIN (Director Identification Number) for all the Directors
  • DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) for one of the Directors
  • DSC of Shareholders

Documents Required

From proposed Directors/ Members IN CASE OF INDIAN NATIONAL DIRECTOR OR MEMBER (SELF-ATTESTED)

  • ID proof -Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID card/ AADHAAR Card
  • PAN card of the applicant
  • Copy of bank statement
  • Email ID and mobile number

IN CASE THE APPLICANT IS A FOREIGN NATIONAL (SELF-ATTESTED)

  • Passport (Apostille and Notarized)
  • Residential proof (Apostille and Notarized)
  • Email ID and mobile number
  • Attested copy of VISA (If the applicant is out of the native country).
  • Attested copy of VISA (If the applicant is out of the native country).
  • Attested copy of Resident Permit certificate (If the applicant is in India)
  • Bank details and balance sheet since inception or last 3 years
  • List of donors with address proof and PAN Card details
  • List of trustee members with their contact details
  • Copy of registration granted under section 12A or copy of notification issued under section 10(23) or section 10(23C)

FOR REGISTERED OFFICE

  • Rent agreement on the name of the company or NOC by Landlord.
  • Utility bills-telephone, electricity, and municipal (Not older than 2 Months).

  • Step 2: Apply for the DIN (Director Identification Number)

  • Step 4: Filing of the form Spice Plus with E-Moa and E-AOA to register private limited company
  • Step 5: Apply for the PAN and TAN of the company
  • Step 6: Issued certificate of incorporation by ROC with PAN and TAN
  • Step 7: Opening a current bank account on company name
