Shops and Established act are regulated by the state government in India. It ensures the payment of wages, hours of work: opening and closing hours, Holidays, overtime work, annual leave, maternity, leave etc. Basically, it is an act of labor. Labor department issues Shop and Establishment certificate in Delhi. And for now, Registration of Shop act can be done online.

ELIGIBILITY

As Shops and Establishment Act is under state government. Every state has its own rules and regulations regarding the act. Registration is required for all shops and commercial establishment within 30 days. This act license is a base and proof of your business. It will be required to copy for other registrations to run your business in India.
